Furnished double bedroom available in Beaumont

Hi, I’m Izzy and am looking for someone to occupy a spare room within my sunny first floor flat in Beaumont. I am a 25 year old working professional and am looking for similar to share the flat with. Monday-Friday agreement would also be considered for a reduced rent.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The flat is a 3-bed, with one room being used as office space. It is very central - right next to Beaumont Park and only a 10 minute walk to Drake Circus or the Barbican. The flat is set back from the road so is nice and quiet.

There is shared outdoor space and on-road permit parking. Rent is inclusive of all utilities, council tax, TV license and WiFi.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect including ample fridge/freezer space. All utensils and crockery are available for your use.

I have a 3 year old indoor cat called Star who is very friendly. Cat lovers preferred!

I’m sociable but also enjoy a night in and am tidy but not a neat freak, although I’m looking for someone who will help out with the general chores. I’m quite outdoorsy and enjoy sea swimming. I also enjoy vegetarian cooking, music, theatre and crafty stuff. Making an effort to live sustainably is important to me. If I sound like someone you’d like to flat share with please get in contact!
