Double Room to let In Victorian House

This double room is light and airy and comes fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, cosy chair and a TV. Some bedding supplied.
You will have access to WC with shower and wash hand basin to be shared with one other lodger.

We are very close to the dockyard, buses available outside and the town centre/ railway station are just a short bus ride away.

We live in a Victorian terraced house with limited roadside parking. We enjoy a large garden at the rear of the property which is quite secluded and a sun trap....weather permitting of course!

You will be able to share the fully equipped kitchen/dining room, with everything that you would expect including space in the fridge/freezer. All utensils and crockery are available for your use.

I work away from home a large part of the week, but my daughter and her partner live downstairs next to the family living room.

I will clean the main areas of the house on a two weekly basis as well as maintaining the garden, again weather permitting.

We have a pet cat who's very loving.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, but you can smoke outside.
