Large double room in newly decorated Victorian home. Next to direct bus links to the centre/seafront and Derriford Hospital. Sharing with 2 females, both professional (one landlord, one mon-fri).
Fantastic location. Mutley shops 5 min walk. Train station 15 minute walk. Town walking distance. I work from home during the week as a clinical trial manager. I love surfing, yoga, hikes and many other things, including a beer at the pub. All bill included.
