I have recently moved in to this modern 2 bed Apt.

There is a choice of rooms, as I am flexible on my needs.

See floorpan for details.

Bedroom 1 has a small window, perfect for sleeping and leads to a dressing room/office and ensuite.

Bedroom 2 is larger and more airy due to bigger windows. It leads out to the master bathroom and onto the kitchen/living area.

There is a washer/dryer in the hall.

There is brand new furniture in the kitchen/living room with a decent TV and sound system.

Please note the pictures listed are from the estate agent listing. The flat looks slightly different as I am still unpacking and putting things right, so these just give you an idea of the space.

I work from home, but my work is extremely close, so I do pop in from time to time.

The building is serviced by secure entry.
A lift to the top floor and does not allow pets.
It is strictly a no smoking building and as I do not smoke anyway, I do not want a smoker/vapes either.

There is currently no internet as I tether from a 5G connection as the max speed to the building by BT is a Max 10Mbps. So my 5G is way faster.

However, your deposit/first month rent will allow for a permanent 5G home wifi system to be installed.

Your rent covers, Council Tax, Gas, Water, Electric, Internet and contribution to the service fee which is £305 a month. The building is clean and well maintained because of this.
I will also have a cleaner one day a week, bathroom and kitchen being the priority.

You will be sharing this property with a professional male and my teenage boy who visits me every other weekend. He will be in with me and is extremely quiet. He usually goes on his xbox unless we are at football or travelling.

I travel around 4/5 times a year to the US, so there will be times where you will have the place to yourself, for extended periods of time.

The property is managed and there is a residence committee I am on. It is a quiet a respectful building, but the roads can be loud if you have the windows open. Next door is a young child who you can sometimes hear through bedroom 1, but older/professional residents throughout the floor.

There is a bus stop right outside!
