Beautiful Victorian house in Ford with big garden

We have two double bedrooms available in our beautiful Victorian house in Ford, we have two dining areas and two bathrooms, as well as outdoor dining available in the garden, which has a patio area, and a grassy sunbathing area with plots for growing flowers and vegetables. The house is a 5 minute walk from lidl, 5 minute walk from a gym, and 15 minute walk from the dockyard, so it's perfect for dockyard workers. We're looking for someone who enjoys socializing now and then, so cooking together as a house, having BBQs, going to the beach etc. But also respects privacy and down time, and who is clean and tidy. We have a Pomeranian puppy who is very quiet but will give you lots of attention when you come home from work if you want him to, but will leave you alone if not. Currently we're 3 young professionals, one civil engineer, one occupational therapist assistant, and one project manager, myself and my partner work in Exeter so we're usually away from the house for half the week. All bills are included, including wifi, Netflix, Amazon prime, now tv, and Disney +.
