Double bedroom for professional person, in an amazing immaculate new build townhouse which is very clean and tidy.

I'm a live in landlord with no children or pets. Ideal lodger would be a quiet professional person, non smoker who respects my property as I do. The house is situated with Quadrant Quay area within the up & coming Millbay Development. Close to major employers within the city centre, 15 min walk to the University or Dockyard and 5 minutes to the City Centre or Plymouth Hoe, Barbican. Room has a view of the local marina.

The room has plenty of space and will come furnished with double bed with under mattress drawers, duvet , pillows and bedding. There is also a wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfy chair with a TV. You will also have your own family sized bathroom.

The rent will be paid each month, a month in advance. I will consider Short Term lodging. If you are contracting with Kier BAM and only require the room weekday evenings, I will consider negotiating on the rent.

Deposit of one months rent will be required. All bills are included within the rent, including Virgin high speed WiFi, no hidden costs to you.

I will require two references, one from your employer and one from your previous landlord.

We will have shared use of the lovely fitted kitchen and dining room and I will happily share the cooking.
