I have quiet part furnished loft room available to rent in my home near the main entrance to Ford Park Cemetery, Mutley.

This room has its own set of stairs from the first floor and 3 Velux roof windows giving far reaching views of the city and beyond.

The room has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, radiator and skylight.

A double bed and mattress are provided and the room has plenty of hanging and storage space.
The room has high speed internet and its own internet socket and comes complete with automatic/ variable LED lighting.

The house has gas central heating, double glazing and a communal kitchen, the lounge has a dining table, 50” TV and surround sound.
There is also outside space at the rear.

The house is 5 mins walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk to the main bus station and 5 mins walk from Central Park.

There is on road parking outside the house which requires an annual permit (£45.00).

The Council Tax band is B, however this and all other bills are inclusive.

You will be sharing the house with me the owner and one other working professional.

Sorry no pets, but smoking is acceptable.
