The room has just had new carpet fitted and has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and another skylight.

The room is part furnished, a double bed and mattress are provided and the room has plenty of hanging space under the stairs and storage space in the room.

The room has the latest Fibre 900 high speed broadband and its own internet socket and the stairs have automatic lighting.

The house has gas central heating and double glazing.
There is a communal kitchen with a washing machine and the lounge has a dining table, sofa and large TV
There is outside space at the rear in the form of a paved area with a wooden bench.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the Main City, Train Station and Mutley Plain, Central Park is only a 5 minute walk.

There is on road parking outside the house which requires an annual permit - cost £45.00 (see photo for details)

The Council Tax band is B, however this and all other bills are inclusive.

You will be sharing the house with me the owner and one other working professional.

Sorry no pets, but smoking is acceptable.
