Looking for 1 person to rent spare room :)

Looking for someone to rent the spare single room in my house. 500pcm + bills (around £100 or less). Kitchen, open-plan dining/living room, bathroom (including bath!) garage WC (with washer and dryer) and garage. I don’t use the garage so you can do what you like with it. The bedroom will fit a double bed but currently just has a single. There is also a small garden but I haven’t done anything with it.

A bit about me! I am a student myself studying English Literature, some of my hobbies and interests include art, music, nature, cooking, some video games, D&D and spirituality! I am open to people who are spiritual or not, I love meeting all types of people. I am also Vegan and LGBT, would prefer people who are either of these things too but don’t get put off just as you aren’t! I am happy for anyone as long as we click. I am not a party type of person, so would prefer someone similarly aligned. If you’d like to know anything else don’t hesitate to reach out!
