This spacious room has a double bed (the single bed in the photograph will be removed before letting), large wardrobe, desk/dressing table, bedside cabinets and smart TV. The room has a side sea view.
Newly fitted kitchen has breakfast bar and your own fridge/freezer and is only shared with one other person. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, all ready to move in.
All bills included. References required.
Bedroom will be serviced with bedding changed fortnightly. Towels can be provided.
This room would be ideal for a professional person who needs a central location.
