I’m the male in the house and looking for someone to take over my tenancy due to dropping out of university I need my tenancy taken over as I can no longer live there this September.
The girls in the house are all friendly and social and all easy to get along with.
There is 3 bathrooms in the property a bathroom downstairs just a. Toilet and sink and upstairs 2 with showers as well, the property also has a small garden which can be used for social gatherings. The bedroom has a double bed with a desk and it also has a wardrobe.
There is a decent sized communal kitchen with 2 fridges with freezers and plenty of cupboards. Finally there is the communal lounge which has plenty of lighting from a big window with nice sofas and a tv included.
