Sunny double room in Plymouth

Sunny, south facing double room with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. £550 per month including all bills, council tax and WiFi.

The room available is currently furnished with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe as my old housemate brought some of her own furniture (please note, the pictures here don't show the wardrobe but I can take more photos if necessary).

I am a 27yo female who mainly works from home, but I am often travelling for work and every few weeks I can be away for several weekends or 2-3 weeks at a time. This means you would have the whole house to yourself during this time.

The house is a 3 bed, but one room is small and only used for storage so I am the only other housemate. I am into water sports and it could be fun to share with somebody else who is also sporty, however not essential. Ideally I'm looking to share with another female, but am open to males too.
