The house is located in quiet cul de sac with on street ( non permit) parking. It’s about 25 metres from a co - op store and the bus stop with access to city including Derriford. If you prefer walking it’s about 20 minute walk to city centre .

The existing housemates are friendly but will give space to you if that's what you want .

The house is maintained to a high standard ( if it needs fixing its fixed !!). Its well decorated and each room has been repainted between tenancies.

Located on ground floor at the FRONT of house. Large bay window with plenty of light. Has beautiful feature fire place ( Cannot be used, feature only)

Located on 1st floor at the FRONT of house. Large bay window with plenty of light.

These rooms have access to 1 communal bathroom & 1 communal shower room. SHARED ONLY BETWEEN 4 HOUSEMATES.
