Flat to yourself

I am working in London for at least the next 12 months so am looking to take in a lodger who can look after the place. I will only be back occasionally but will be leaving it fully furnished, with kitchen appliances, plates, cutlery and everything else you could possibly need. Price includes council tax, water and broadband. But the gas and electricity you will pay using a prepayment meter. I need someone reliable who will pay on time every week and look after the place. No party animals. Nice neighbours and the place has recently been fully renovated. Please call asap to discuss. No private parking but on-street permit easily obtainable from the council.
