Serene top floor room Mutley from end September

I'm moving out of the room I've been lodging in at the end of September, so I'm advertising it here on behalf of my landlord for anyone who is interested! Really nice landlord, quiet household and good location from Derriford.

Room is on the top floor which only contains the room and a bathroom. Part of a large house near Mutley Plain with sufficient parking. Room is part of a 6 room house (5 current occupants) with shared kitchen, lounge etc.. All housemates are professionals and I get on well with them. Internet has good coverage in my room, can usually get 100Mb/s. All bills and council tax included. Washing machine, tumble drier and plenty of storage space. Kitchen has oven, microwave, fridge and freezer space. Nice view from the bedroom window overlooking the railway. More than happy to chat/show people round/answer questions and show the contract I signed as you’d be on something similar. Room includes bed, sofa and glass table, along with drawers and wardrobes. Room is 5.7x4m.
