I am looking for someone to take over my son’s tenancy agreement in an amazing 6 bedroom house from 23rd August for the year with a very reasonable tenancy agreement.
The room is part of a house called queen Anne house, 25 Addison rd,
PL4 8LL, which is 5 minutes from the University of Plymouth and shopping/going out for drinks etc.
5 of his 2nd year friends are living in the house this coming academic year but my son has decided to transfer to a university closer to home. All I must say are really lovely and very accommodating people who study a diverse range of courses including 2nd Year dietetics, maths, and creative writing.
