Large room in quirky Victorian house

I'm Graham and a widower. I'm looking for a professional mature lodger as the house is a bit big for me on my own.
The room I have to let is large and has just been completely refurbished. It looks out onto trees and the garden. It is 2 minutes walk to Mutley Plain shops and ten minutes to the station and town centre. On street parking could be arranged. I have ultrafast broadband (600 mb/s download and 100 upload).
You would share the lounge, kitchen and bathroom and have use of the garden.
I am a fit 75 year old with many interests and would appreciate company. I don't want a smoker but don't mind vaping. I do have a fish allergy so would appreciate extreme cleanliness if cooking fish. I would only accept overnight visitors with prior agreement. Otherwise, I am very easy going. It's a great place to live and I'm sure that someone will really enjoy it.
