Double Room Close to University and City Centre

The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house with shared kitchen, dining and living spaces. The property is a 10 minute walking from the university and a 15 minute walk from the shops of the city centre. It is also a 5 minute walk from Mutley Plain which provides bus links to the rest of the city.

The room is a large double on the first floor and towards the back of the house. There are built in wardrobes, a desks and a double bed (mattress not in pictures but will be provided).

Washing and tumble drying facilities are available in the house and a cleaner is present every other week.

Current flatmates are working professionals who enjoy sport and occasional socialising.
