Partially furnished double room for let!

I'm looking for a female flatmate to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2bed flat (I am not the landlord. I am the current tenant). I'm clean, quiet and respectful and am looking for someone who is the same. You must be comfortable with indoor-only cats as I have 3 that live here (mindful of keeping doors and windows closed and no live plants). I'd love to have someone who wants to hang out every once in a while, but no partiers or couples please! It's a 13 minute walk to city center and is marketed as student accommodation (students preferred but not required). Your room is the green room pictured and the yellow room is currently being redone/repainted (living room). Let me know if you're interested!
