I'm looking for a decent human being to share my house in Prince Rock.
I have a few more improvements to make but the house is getting finished and homely for winter!
I'm Kate. I'm 46 and I'm often out and about doing stuff or cooking something at home.
I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home and who will look after things. I'd love to find someone who might want a drink or a meal together now and then but is also happy in their own company. I will need someone who's happy to clean now and then until I decide of we should have a cleaner! But I find with a bit of rota / team work, it doesn't need to take over life!
I can offer a nice size room, freshly painted and it will be furnished for you! Also a cosy living room, kitchen, dining space, bathroom and a large garden that needs some love and greenery!
Parking is with a permit.
