Furnished double bedroom in my house near centre

Share my house close to the centre!
I'm looking for a decent human (preferably a female) to share my house in Prince Rock.

Good sized double bedroom with plenty of light in a terraced house. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable mattress.
You will also be able to enjoy a cosy living room, kitchen, dining space, bathroom and a large garden that needs some love and greenery!

I'm 47 and I'm quite social and am out of the house a fair bit with friends, work or fitness. If I'm home, I'm often cooking, working in my study or relaxing with a book or a movie.

I'm looking for someone who is working (but not from home) and who will be considerate. I'm looking for someone who has some hobbies and interests so that neither of us will be under each others' feet constantly. Would be good to have someone that I get on with. Not a necessity to hang out but would be good to have a friendly dynamic.

I do tend to keep things fairly clean but not constantly spotless. I would like someone who's happy to clean every few weeks. I find with a bit of a rota / coordination, it doesn't need to be too much or too often.

Parking is with a permit.
