The flat is a large maisonette arranged over 2 floors. All the bedrooms are on the first of these floors as is the bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and fresh all with double beds. The bathroom is a good size with a powerful shower and a bath to relax and unwind in.

The best part of showing people around this property is their reaction as they climb the stairs and enter the loft… “WOW’ or “OMG” are amongst the favorites! The loft is home to a vast open plan kitchen and lounge, with wide ranging views which reach as far as the moors. You only need to look at the photos to see why it makes such an impression. Fresh, well designed and modern. In the lounge area there is ample room for a couple of sofas, a dining table/chairs and the 3 large Velux windows mean you are never short of light. The kitchen looks stunning and has everything you would expect, with loads of storage and work surface. Off the kitchen there is a discrete utility room, with a washing machine, tumble drier and plenty of space for ironing boards, recycling etc.

Bills

The cost of electricity, gas, water and a standard internet package are currently coming it at approximately £10-16 per person per week. Happy to put you in touch with the current tenants if you want/need to confirm this.


Location

Lisson Grove is just off Mutley Plain which as many of you will know is one of the main hubs of student life in the city. You will find everything you need on Mutley plain, supermarkets, a post office, cafés, shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and a pub or two :-) It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Plymouth University and for those based up at Derriford (Marjons students and Medics) the free bus leaves from the Plain just 2 minutes up the road.

Council Tax

This is a Band A property, however if you are enrolled on a full-time course at the University you will be exempt from paying.

Housemate(s)

Jake is 27 he's coming back to complete his Engineering degree after working as a Paramedic's assistant for a couple of years. Polite, tidy and generally very pleasant.
