Room for rent Mon-Fri

I have a double furnished bedroom available to let for a lodger in my lovely bright, well furnished clean home in Peverell. A short walk from city centre/station. I am open to short term lets and Monday-Friday. Also happy to rent to people who are in between properties and need a place to stay for a few months.

My house has 3 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room has an ensuite toilet/sink. There is a lovely mature garden with seating and washing line.

I am a self employed professional creative. You would be sharing the house me and my 7 year old daughter, who lives with me half the week. We are very clean and tidy, respectful, happy to share cooking, and looking for someone similar who would fit in well.

The house is in a nice area, walking distance to town, 10min walk to the train station and about 25min walk to the sea. The house is next to central park, and a 15 min walk to Life Centre etc.
