Looking for someone to share my house with

Hello, my name is Captain Jack and I am a black moggy looking for someone to share my quiet home with. I have a large house in which I live downstairs and my human Cameron lives upstairs and this is where the available bedroom is located. I am a 10 year old house cat and so need someone who is respnsible and will not let me out by accident.

The available room is furnished with a double bed, 2 built in cupboards, a wardrobe and lots of drawer space and would suit mature acting students or professionals. You will also have pretty much sole use of the shower room which is located downstairs. The house has 4 reception rooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a nice sized courtyard garden with rear pedestrain access which is currently under renovation so a blank canvas at present.
The house is located within a 2 minute walk to bus stops, with buses that go all over the city and it is around a 20 minute walk to the town centre itself. There are also many shops and takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Parking is available in the surrounding side streets if you have a vehicle.

All bills are included in the rent of £550 PCM and the initial term is for 6 months with a possibility to extend depending on circumstances. If you are interested please send an email and my human Cameron will get back to you.
