EN SUITE DOUBLE ROOM available as current tenant moving on after 3 years. This is a "home" . somewhere to come back to after a days work and to relax respecting other housemates.

All bills included (council tax, TV licence, water, electricity, TV, High Speed Broadband). Permit parking available on street.

The house is fully furnished: communal amenities include washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Smart TV.

Your room (room 4) is a double, with en suite shower room, it is fitted with a bed, bed side table and wardrobe,. The room will be refreshened when our current tenant leaves..

The house has five large bedrooms in total, a well equipped kitchen with a dining table and sofa and ample storage. We also have a garden., a decked area with table and chairs.

Our house shares will not suit everyone and it is particularly important that we have a good professional mix of housemates.. Due to mortgage restrictions and Plymouth City Council HMO license conditions, we may not be able to accept all tenant applications however we consider everyone, a good social fit is our priority.

We have a very friendly sweet dog.

This large house is situated just off Mutley Plain centre and benefits from an extensive selection of shops, restaurants and transport all close by. Easy Access to Local Transport Via Mutley Plain.
