Unfurnished double bedroom available for 1-2 months in large house that is currently sold STC.

Benefits:

- No one else currently living in property (landlord will visit infrequently for current scheduled works to some rooms)

- Choice of two bedrooms

"Cons":
- No access to living room permissable owing to scheduled works. Dining room is available if you'd like use of a storage space.
- No washing machine though launderette is only down the road.
- Completely unfurnished (no kitchen utensils/pots etc.).
- If wishing to park on road 2-7pm, you will need to purchase a parking permit which costs £45 from the council (landlord will assist). Or park 5 mins away with no restrictions. P

Available 30 Oct initially for 4 weeks. Landlord will be made aware of sale date in due course and may be able to offer slightly longer.

Single tenant or couple considered. Tenant(s) must have both good verbal and written communication and be able to provide working details, full deposit and previous addresses.
