Warm spacious double room in family home

Warm spacious welcoming bright newly decorated and furnished double room available in a bright happy but peaceful family home based in PL4. The house is a double story victorian house and the room is on the ground floor. My teenage son and I live in the house with our very friendly and cute spaniel-cross dog, (so you must be okay with living with a dog in the house).

Would suit an honest tidy friendly working professional or working locally during the week, also happy to consider a student with a mature outlook.

The room though double is for only one person
however I'm happy to welcome someone who's a co-parent who perhaps short term needs their child to stay over every so often as long as it's not full time (not all the time), and to be agreed upon of course.

Our home is a warm chilled happy stable safe uplifting and clean environment to stay in, and I'm open to considering short term or longer can be discussed.

N: B - There is only one bathroom though so please note it would be shared.

Free parking is outside on the road and even when busy can usually be found.

Kitchen and dining room freely accessible within reasonable times, however access to the lounge to be discussed and happily shared on occasions but to be agreed.

Close enough to the town centre/University to walk into Plymouth (15 mins max), and the Hoe (35 mins), 10 mins walk to Mount Gould Hospital, and situated just off Beaumont road and near to Tothill Park. Quiet street and lovely neighbours.
