- Shared kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms - one for girls and one for boys
- Amenities all provided, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle. TV (with netflix)
- Fridge and freezer space and 2 cupboards available
- All students are 1st or 2nd years living here
- All students do not throw parties and are not loud.

- Is only 5 minutes from Plymouth University and 3 minutes from bus stops, short walk to ALDI and is nearby a local premier. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

- Room available has cupboard, desk, chair, drawers, large double bed, and is very spacious.

- We are flexible on potential roommate gender and age can be variable.
