Im looking for someone to take over my tennancy in this beautiful 10 be, 3 bathroom mixed house (full of lovely people from a range of courses).
The large room comes fully furinished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, comfy chair, sink in the room, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table and is only £125 per week.
On hounidiscombe road its only a 5 minute walk into campus and only 5 minutes away from mutley shops and aldi, theres also a puregym and lots of places to eat nearby.

It is avalable from 10th december 2024 and the tennancy ends on the 12th July 2025.
