Hi! :)

I am looking for someone to take over my room which will be available from 1st January 2024. However it might be available mid December if I have the new place ready.

If you are someone who is easy-going, respectful and maintains common areas clean, you're already a great candidate!

The current flatmates are all female and everyone works within healthcare. Everyone gets along very well, we socialise and we all also like to have our own space.

About the room:
The room is in the 1st floor, has great natural light and a lot of storage space. There is a lovely double bed with a comfy mattress and a desk.

About the house:
Situated at the end of a no through road cul se sac, the house has no through traffic and has on road permit parking.

The bedrooms are light and airy with good quality "Devonshire Pine" solid chests and wardrobes (no flatpacks to fall apart.)

The kitchen is extensively equipped with quality appliances: Miele fridge freezer and washing machine, Siemens dishwasher, and tumble dryer in separate utility room.

There is a separate living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, flat screen tv, 6 seat oak dining table and solid ELKA flooring

The bedrooms are light and spacious and there are two well appointed bathrooms with a total of 2 showers and double ended bath in main bathroom

The boiler is an efficient IDEAL Vogue Max3 replacement in October 2019.
It is very well served with Virgin super fast fibre broadband and also has hard wired Ethernet cabling to each room

There is rear access to a bike store and a short cut to town, and is situated a short walk from the lovely Freedom Fields park.

The rent is set to include the utilities, gas, electricity, water and internet.
It is readily accessible to all amenities within walking distance to the town centre and is also well served with public transport. Aldi is just 5 minutes walk.
