There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

All bills are included; gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax, insurance and water. Weekly clean of communal spaces provided by the landlord.

Shared kitchen, lounge and courtyard. Free parking at the back of the property and permit parking on street.

There is no smoking, no students and no pets. If you are applying as a couple the rent will increase to £750 per month.
