Ensuite double room in lovely homely home

Double bedroom with toilet in a lovely house in Mutley. House has big kitchen, living room, separate bathroom and shower room. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer, we also bought a second freezer so everyone should have space. Cleaners (included in rent cost) come every other week to deep clean kitchen, bathroom and shared areas. The TV in the lounge has Amazon prime and Disney plus.

We do have a garden but I slightly gave up on it 🤦 so currently mostly weeds. Current tenant is moving out after 5 years in the house, room will be available just before Christmas but we are happy to wait until the new year for a new tenant.
