I am seeking mature, considerate, tidy, well mannered, non-smoker, working professional or mature student to occupy a large double room in peaceful, clean and friendly house.

It will only be me living there and my girlfriend coming down occasionally I am also away a lot so need someone I can trust to look after my house.
The available room is the large 2nd bedroom: a light, spacious, and attractive double room with ample space. The room is located upstairs at the back of the house, it offers a comfortable large living area.
The room will come furnished with a bed-frame, curtains, wardrobes.

The shared facilities in the house are as per following - kitchen/dining room, cooker/grill, fridge freezer, large family size bathroom, washing machine, tumble dryer, lounge and there can be some storage space if needed upon request.

The house is very clean and I like to maintain cooperation with the cleaning of the communal areas.
