I have a spare room in my beautiful 2 bed period garden apartment.

You will get to use all social areas of my home. I'm house proud and looking for someone that's very tidy and picks up after themselves. This is essential.

I work away frequently so you have the place to yourself often although my sister, gardener and friends pop in to do bits for me.

When I'm home I enjoy socialising with friends and family, hanging out in a trendy bar or cooking something delicious. I do have a small dog he is extremely friendly. So looking for someone that likes small flurries. He's not big being a 5lb pom but he's definitely got big character. He likes other animals too.

I will be looking for a full time professional if you have a partner I have no issue with them staying on occasion but I'm only looking to share with one person long term.

The room will be ready by end of 18 feb 2026.

I will be doing live viewings Saturdays or Sundays only.

I require work and rental references.

Although you wont have a parking space on the drive there is ample parking on street directly in front of house, it is a central location and approx. 5 minutes on foot from train station,

The monthly price includes all bills also.

My place is central and perfectly located if like me you like to be close enough to the city centre to enjoy a social life but far enough to not be living in street that's noisy or the main thoroughfare. So my place is 12 minutes away (on foot) approx from the train station and about 17 minutes away from university, the dockyard is not far being a short 5 minute drive away.

I walk to town regularly in the summer to visit hairdressers, go shopping or meet friends for drinks or dinner. My road is calm and quiet.
