Standard Ensuite Room - Student Accommodation

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Saltwater Place, as I will be moving back home. It’s an en-suite room with a shared kitchen (shared with 5 others; 1 male and 4 females). The rent is £140 per week, and all bills and WiFi are included. It is about a 15 minute walk to the university, and a 5 minute walk to the city centre and Barbican/Hoe. The tenancy runs from January to August, but the last rent payment is due at the end of April, so you can move out at anytime after this. *Only the bed, mattress, desk and chair is included as furniture for the room; I will be moving the rest of my decorations out. Applicants must be a FULL TIME STUDENT and have a GUARANTOR.
