Housemate Wanted

I have a small double room in my house, available immediately to the right person

I’m in a quiet cul-de-sac in Efford, near Torridge Way shops (Co-op, post office, takeaways, GP surgery, hairdressers - all within a 1-2 min walk) and on a good/regular bus route to town (there is also a parking space if you drive)

I work Mon-Fri and am looking for a working person to share my home with me & my Frenchie, Benny. He is extremely excitable & loving 😊

Looking for someone quiet, respectful & tidy who doesn’t mind that when I’m home, I pretty much keep myself to myself. I can be sociable, but during the week I work long hours, so I’m usually in my room with Benny, watching Netflix 😂

Rent includes a designated parking space, WiFi, Netflix & use of all communal areas of the house, including kitchen, living room, bathroom (shared with just me) and an enclosed garden (sun trap in the summer), as well as all utility bills

The room does have a double bed, but you will need other furniture

Kitchen includes oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, fridge, freezer etc

There is also plenty of loft space if you have anything to store

Rent to be paid monthly, in advance, with a £300 deposit. Minimum of 6 months tenancy & 1 month notice period
