I will be working away so will be a live-out landlady. There is only one other tenant at the house, who is a full time working professional, in the other double room and uses the family bathroom as her ‘en-suite’. There is a third bedroom empty and the final bedroom is set up as an office. This tenant spends most weekends away so there is lots of opportunity for personal time and space in the home.

I am looking for a reliable, clean, tidy tenant to look after the room and property and maintain its immaculate condition whilst I am working away.
