I will be working away so will be a live-out landlady. I have one female tenant, who is a full time Monday-Friday working professional, currently in the other double room and uses the family bathroom as her ‘en-suite’. There is a third bedroom empty and the final bedroom is set up as an office.

I am looking for a reliable, clean, tidy tenant to look after the room and property and maintain its immaculate condition whilst I am working away.
