I am moving out of my lovely room that i've been in for 2 years as my university semester has an early finish so looking for someone to takeover the tenancy between the BEGINNING OF JUNE 2025- AUGUST 31st 2025.

It's a clean, bright room, a lovely blank canvas for any personal touches as you can see in the images.

This is a student halls-style flat, with a shared kitchen at the end of the corridor (pictured).

I share with 3 other girls plus a studio who doesn’t share the kitchen but has the same flat entrance.

The location is lush, it's just down from the Hoe, about a 10 minute walk to the water. The room is on floor 8 so you get an amazing view! They have just installed a brand new gym so you will also have access to this...

Reception is brilliant, and they do regular maintenance to keep everything in order.

Bin storage is downstairs, plus washing facilities (paid - circuit laundry) and secure bike storage.
