It has a single bed bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

There is parking in front of the house and off street parking. The property is located within 10 minutes walking distance to St Budeaux train station. and local amenities. There are also regular bus services that provide easy access to Plymouth, city centre, Derriford hospital, Saltash and surrounding areas.

The current occupant, is the landlord’s son. He is a student and works part time he will be moving to university in September . I plan to let the full house afterwards . Currently looking for a short term let only.
