I have a room available in a lovely mixed house- share in St Judes - within 10-15 minute walk to the city centre, university, Barbican.

Most of other tenants have been in the property for a number of years, transitioning from students to young professionals, and therefore the room would be suitable for a mature student or young professional.

The room is bright and well- maintained. The property is generous and well- equipped with a beautiful spacious terrace in the back garden.

I am a private landlord, I really care for my tenants and the property and therefore we are looking for a tenant that would fit in with the current household.
