The house is 3 storey, 6 bedrooms, good kitchen with plenty of fridge and cupboard space, large living room, good size bedrooms, a couple are massive! 3 loos, bathroom with bath, separate shower unit, all mod cons, bedrooms can be furnished or you can bring your own stuff. Band D for Council Tax.

Unique suntrap garden, needs some work but with a spectacular Magnolia (currently in bloom!) Parking is free in the street outside - but its always a scrabble. North Hill.

I'm keen to get this new and slightly unusual project together, It will take work and commitment from everyone involved but the upsides will be worth it.
