I have recently bought and renovated - Still a few bits left to do in bathroom, kitchen and garden but house is more than functional.

Room will come with double bed, bedside table. Haven’t got a wardrobe / chest of drawers yet but can buy as required. Room has storage cupboard and lovely exposed brick feature fire place.

Kitchen cupboard space as well as shared use of the fridge/freezer and other appliances. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Bus stop is a 3min walk and easy access into city centre or A38.

Wanting a clean, tidy and respectful professional as I work full time Mon-Fri.

I enjoy paddleboarding, beach walks and being active. Love cooking and baking and binge watching on netflix.
