Modern student shared flat. Need one more flatemat

This shared flat has 5 rooms. 4/5 room are taken and one room is still available. Would prefer a female flatment and would have to be a student. This room has a bed size is bigger than single but smaller than double bed. Is a ensuite so you have your own bathroom and shower, has a mini TV in the room and lots of wardrobe space and a mirror. The kitchen and living room space is shared. Has a TV in the living room and washing and dryer for laundry is in the kitchen. The utility bills are included, WiFi included and don't need to pay extra for laundry either. Location is in city centre so 10min walk to university of plymouth and has many shops surrounding is such as 5min walk to tesco and b&m. The barbican is 10min walk and train station is around 12min walk and less than 3min for coach station. Any questions please don't hesitate to message me :)
