We have a ground floor double bedroom available for rent with all bills included in PL4 area. We are right next to the park and a short walk from Mutley Plain, roughly a 15 minute walk from town, although there is a bus stop a 5 minute walk from the house. We have a spar at the end of our road as well.

We are a quiet household of professionals, my fiancé and I share a room on the 2nd floor, and our housemate has a room on the 1st floor. We are looking to let our ground floor room to a professional rather than a student. We live in a relatively quiet residential neighbourhood.

You will share 2 bathrooms with our other tenant, as we have our own bathroom. There is a ground floor toilet opposite your room and a bathroom / shower / toilet on the 1st floor. We have a smaller kitchen / living area with a garden and patio. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room includes a desk plus a lamp, blackout curtains, chest of drawers, bed side table, double bed and mattress, large mirror and brand new wardrobe. The room has had a fresh coat of paint and is ready to go.

All bills are included.
