Double bedroom in a modern house maintained to a high standard with bills included. Great location with easy walking distance to Aldi, Barbican and Plym Uni.

The house has a lovely living room, bathroom, shower room and modern kitchen. There’s also a basement with a washing machine and large freezer.

Other house mates are outdoor adventure education students and are really chilled, down to earth and sociable people. They’re easy to get to know and understand personal space
