2 Bedrooms Available in Upmarket Townhouse!

My name is Hal, I'm 27 and a live in land-lord. I work across healthcare (due to qualify as a paramedic soon) and IT. I'm into anything that get's me outdoors. I love surfing, music and have plans to get back into sailing. I also love to cook and travel.

I have two bedrooms available in my house and have no real strict requirements for tenants. Ideally, you'd also be into outdoor pursuits and keen for a surf but equally there's no pressure. I'm very open to messages from people that also work in healthcare and have an appreciation of shift-work.

The two rooms are as follows (both rooms are being repainted):

Room 1 (grey): good sized double - £500/month.
Room 2 (pink): bigger double - £550/month.

Bills are not included and will be shared equally. I estimate it will average out over the course of the year to an additional £100-£125/month. This is inclusive of everything (council tax, utlities, wifi etc...).

The house has tonnes of storage space if needed and I have plans to turn the yellow room into a work-space or home gym. I'm also very flexible on the level of furnishings. If you have your own bed then you would be welcome to use it. Alternatively, the rooms can come fully-furnished.
