I'm an existing student who wont be moving onto second year and need somebody to take over my lease for the next year. It comes with free use of washing machine and dryer, free broadband connection and is a short walk from city centre in a prime area for students. All rooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Photo of bedroom attatched is an example image of one of the bedrooms but not the specific one you would receive as I do not currently live there.
