Large, Classic En-Suite, Central Point

I am a student that has lived in this room for the past academic year, looking to find somebody to takeover the room from September 2025.
This room is a large, classic ensuite in a shared flat of 6. This flat is in Central Point Student Accommodation, Plymouth city center. The other 5 rooms in the flat have been booked by girls so this room will need to be booked by a girl also.
