Double bedroom to rent in Peverell (with cat)

Hello! I have a fully furnished double room available in my lovely Peverell home. The room has recently been redecorated and includes:
• A double bed with storage underneath
• Wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables
• A large mirror and optional lamps
• Space for a desk (with an alternative room layout)

You’ll be sharing the house with me (a working professional) and my friendly indoor cat. I work from home 1–2 days a week and tend to keep busy at the weekends. I'm looking for a professional housemate who doesn’t primarily work from home and enjoys the outdoors.

I have a friendly (but sometimes shy) indoor cat who enjoys company in the mornings and evenings. He is very happy sleeping during the daytime in the front room or on the stairs. You’d need to be comfortable living with a cat and occasionally help with feeding if happy to do so. It’s also important to be mindful of open doors and windows to keep him safe indoors.
