Ensuite room in my house

I've just bought a house in the Stoke area and I want to gauge interest in the ensuite double room. The house is pretty empty right now but it will be fully furnished eventually. The room has a double bed, large wardrobe and bedside table. I can add either a chest of drawers or a small desk, depending on your preference.

You would be sharing with one person only (me). I work from home so I also use one of the rooms as my office.
I'm 42M French/British national and I have lived in house shares most of my life. I'm looking for someone friendly and reliable who will treat the house as their home. We will share the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
