The Barbican footbridge makes this a perfect location for getting to town and also to leave Plymouth via the A38.

The second housemate is a working professional who has just left university. He moved in 2 years ago, and I trust him completely looking after the house. He is tidy, respectful, and does not drink or smoke.

I occasionally work abroad so I'm not always here, however, any house maintenance is always dealt with promptly.

Parking is on street permit only. (£45 per year)

I will consider short term let's however the cost of the room will increase depending on duration.
