6 Month Let (Whole Property) in Stoke Village

Modern double room available in two-bed terraced house for 6 month let starting at the beginning of October (some flexibility possible on dates) while my partner and I go travelling. All bills are included (subject to fair use).

The house will effectively be empty so you will have the property to yourself, although the second bedroom is not accessible.

Couples are welcome, with an increased monthly rent of £800pcm.

The house is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The study is also available for use (comes with desk and office chair).

Storage available in garage at rear of the house for sports equipment etc. On street parking available (no permits).

Lidl and Stoke Village are both a 5 minute walk away, buses into town or to Derriford are also a 5 minute walk. Devonport Dockyard is a 20 minute walk.
